The National Association of Wabash Men Board has appointed two members of its Board of Directors in addition to three incumbents who were re-elected by alumni to three-year terms.

The mission of the NAWM Board of Directors is to help facilitate integration of the College’s alumni, students, administration, parents, faculty, and friends. The Board, which meets on campus three times each year, serves to advise and assist the Wabash administration, when needed or desired, in successfully achieving the College’s mission.

“The NAWM is excited to have Andy and Ben join the Board of Directors,” said NAWM President Jim Hawksworth ’95. “Their passion for our college is evident, and we look forward to their added energy and contributions to our already vibrant board as we work together in support of the College’s mission and to strengthen the relationships that make Wabash such a unique place.”

Newly appointed members of the NAWM Board include:

Andy Rankin ’98 is a real estate and corporate attorney at Dentons Bingham Greenbaum in Indianapolis.  He previously served as in-house counsel for Sunbelt Rentals in Charlotte, North Carolina, and The Finish Line in Indianapolis. At Wabash, Andy was a political science major and an NCAA Division III Academic All-American in Cross Country; he was also active in Lambda Chi Alpha, Student Senate, The Bachelor, Moot Court, and WNDY. After graduating from Wabash, Andy earned his J.D. at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and began his career in private practice before moving into corporate legal roles.  Andy, his wife, Kim, and their son, Maddox, live in Carmel, Indiana.

Ben Seib ’02 is the chief financial officer of Skin Laundry, a consumer-oriented wellness company that specializes in laser facial treatments and skin care products, operating in seven states and internationally. Prior to that role, he was the CFO of Hopebridge, one of the nation’s largest providers of therapy for children with autism, based in Indianapolis. His career in healthcare administration began at Cancer Treatment Centers of America when he joined as a management fellow and progressed 16 years to eventually become the CFO. Originally from Newburgh, Indiana, Seib majored in economics at Wabash, earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, and then became a certified public accountant. He serves as vice president of the Lambda Chi Alpha Alumni Association, and he is also new to the Advisory Board for the Wabash Global Health Initiative. He lives in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife, Andrea, and daughter, Vivienne.

Re-elected members include:

Jacob German ’11 is partner at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, specializing in government services and public finance. After graduating from Wabash, German received his law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He received the R. Robert Mitchum Award for his work as a young class agent in 2019. While at Wabash he was a Lilly Scholar, a member of Beta Theta Pi, and president of the Sphinx Club. He currently serves as class agent for the Class of 2011. He lives with his wife and two children in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Brian Shelbourne ’12 is vice president of originations at Merchants Capital in Carmel, Indiana. He was born and raised in Indianapolis and grew up attending Wabash sporting events with his father, Don ’72. He majored in economics and was a proud member of Beta Theta Pi and the Sphinx Club and four-year letterman on the basketball team. He received a master’s degree from Georgetown University in 2021 and is currently a board member for the mentoring program at Providence Cristo Rey 皇冠足球比分_澳门皇冠体育-在线|平台@ School in Indianapolis. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Katie, and his three daughters, Maggie, Annie, and Caroline.

Todd Vogel ’04 is a partner at Great Lakes Neurosurgery Associates, where he is the only spine fellowship trained neurosurgeon serving western Michigan. He completed his medical school and residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine and a one-year minimally invasive and complex spinal fellowship at the University of California San Francisco. Vogel serves as the neurosurgery representative for trauma at Metro Health Hospital. He continues to mentor at Wabash as a member of the Global Health Initiative board and as an advisor to Theta Delta Chi. While attending Wabash, Vogel was a member of the Board of Publications and Student Senate, served as a photojournalist for The Bachelor, and was editor of the yearbook. He lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with his wife and three children.
